You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment. This license transfers no ownership rights.
You may not, and may not permit others to: copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Software; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from it; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of it, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Software lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or with other users’ enjoyment of it.
The Software incorporates the Stockfish chess engine, © the Stockfish developers, used under the GNU General Public License v3.0. Stockfish’s source code and license are publicly available from the Stockfish project. Such third-party components remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. IsoTraceApp – Games Division does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IsoTraceApp – Games Division and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
